Just purchased this enclosure, set it up with a new drive. Plugged it in and opened the Software Disc. On the disc is a Initial.exe executable, and a manual. The manual refers to setting up the Biometric portion of the drive, using an EXE named "Autoverify.exe". This was not included on the disc, and the instructions never refer to a "Initial.exe". The RCG website doesn't include a download for Autoverify,so I quit. 1 hour searching the web, now this product is going back to Amazon.
