This product is OK. It seems to work fine, but it is just too big IMHO, and it also has a couple quirks.

The good part is that it has its own usb cable built in, which stores in a slot in the back of the enclosure. The bad part is, the "key" that you use to push the drive out if you remove it is just really cheap, and won't store properly in the unit. You'll have to keep it on a keychain or something if you want it nearby, which is impractical. The key is thin, somewhat sharp metal, so it could also scratch stuff if you aren't careful. So, the key is essentially worthless. The enclosure does not feel extremely well-built or well-designed, despite its cast-aluminum enclosure. Plastic pieces wiggle a little.

All in all, this case is so big you'd be tons better if you could manage with a large-capacity flash drive. I also own some cheap HDD enclosures which are smaller and work just as good for about $6, and the Eaglebit Writebox which is more $ but amazingly well-built.
