I am using this drive with a new HP PC with Windows 7. I am thoroughly delighted with the SimpleSave drive. Everything about it, from price to ease of use to reliability to its speed, is superb. It has performed flawlessly for me and hasn't missed backing up any of my new or modified files. I am using this drive for what it was intended: as a BACKUP drive for music, photos, emails, Office documents, etc. In that regard I recommend this drive without reservation. Plug it in, let it do its work, and you're done. Perfect. Also, browsing the backed up files on the drive is a snap, as is doing restores. It couldn't be easier. If you're looking for a real BACKUP drive for your important files, (not one to necessarily create a mirror image of your entire PC hard drive), get this one.

Great product all around; size, function, ease of use, ETC!!! we used to have a LARGE room to store a terabyte of disk just a decade ago... and NOW, if i stacked two of these on top of each other, i'd be using less space than a stapler and tape dispenser!! without the AC needed to cool it!!!! amazing........

This is an excellent product. Directions were clear and mailing was prompt. The neat thing is that it is very small and easy to transport. A beautiful little product by HP.

This portable hard drive is all that its name implies. Very simple to use. lots of storage, and automatic save. It arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. No hassles all the way around.

This product could not be simpler to install/use. All you do is plug it into the USB port and it does the rest. Unless you want to pick and choose which items you want to back up (which I did). I enjoyed the control of not backing up alot of the crap on my computer that I don't need. Saves space and time.

The only thing i could complain about is the USB cord is a bit short.

I would recommend this to anyone wanting a reasonably priced external HD.
